Your booking list is full of people who already paid to fish with you — and never came back.
I pull that list, send friendly texts that look like they come from you, handle the replies, and put trips back on your calendar. Costs you nothing upfront — I get paid a share of trips that actually book. If nothing books, you owe nothing.
How it works
- You export your past customers from your booking system — FareHarbor, FishingBooker, a spreadsheet, whatever you've got. Takes about 20 minutes; I walk you through it.
- I clean and segment the list, and register the texting properly — A2P/10DLC, the legal way to text customers at volume.
- Friendly texts and emails go out under your name. I handle every reply and every opt-out. You approve the messages before anything sends.
- Bookings land on your calendar. You get a simple report: who was contacted, who replied, what booked.
The math
Say you've got 500 past customers in your booking system. Done-for-you reactivation campaigns typically book 3–8% of a dead list. At $350–$2,800 a trip, that's 15–40 trips this season you weren't going to get otherwise — from people who already know your boat.
No ad spend chasing strangers. These people already chose you once.
The deal
- No retainer
- No setup fee
- No ad spend
- I take a share of revenue from trips that actually book — agreed per boat, in writing, before anything sends
- If nothing books, you owe nothing
- Quit anytime
Won't this annoy my customers?
No — because they're not strangers. These are people who already fished with you; most are glad to hear from the captain they had a good day with. The messages are friendly and personal, not spam blasts. Every text carries an opt-out, the sending is registered with the carriers, your list is never shared or sold, and you approve every message before it goes out.
Questions captains ask
What do you need from me?
One export from your booking system (I walk you through it), a yes on the message drafts, and someone to answer when a booking comes in. That's it — the rest is my job.
What's your cut?
Agreed per boat, in writing, before anything sends — a share of the revenue the campaign actually books, tracked with a booking code so it's clean and un-arguable. Nothing books, you pay nothing.
Why should I trust someone with no case studies?
Fair question — I'm new at this and I won't pretend otherwise. That's exactly why you carry zero risk: no retainer, no fee, nothing upfront. I only make money if trips land on your calendar. The pricing is the proof.
My list is small — is it worth it?
Usually yes. Even 150 past customers at typical reactivation rates is a handful of booked trips for 20 minutes of your time. If your list is genuinely too small to be worth it, I'll tell you that straight and we shake hands.
What booking systems do you work with?
FareHarbor, FishingBooker, Xola, square spreadsheets, a shoebox of phone numbers — anything you can export or photograph. If the names and numbers exist, I can work with them.
Want your dead list working this season?
Text me and I'll tell you in one conversation whether your list is worth running.
